Flock

I'm writing this post from my new browser, Flock.  Will it work?  Let's find out!

Blogged with Flock

Success! I've only just started using Flock today, but it seems like a lot of fun! Not only can I blog from my browser, but also I can view media streams, like Flickr and so on, through it as well. What are your impressions of Flock?

I've heard good things about Flock, but haven't made time to try it yet. I'm still wrestling grades into an online reporting system on this side of town, and looking forward to getting others in the mail to send across town tomorrow. Then maybe I'll have a day or two to reflect as you have already on blogging done this semester. In the meantime, more power to you!

Cheers, Paul

Hi Paul,
Great to hear from you again! I'm surprised that you are still working now, but your vacation must begin soon. As we reflect on blogging with students this past semester, lets not forget to make plans to connect our learners next semester!

Cheers, Mary

Thanks to your inspiration, I got hooked up through Flock today, not only to Blogger blogs but also to an edublog. Although I tried to connect to Vox, too, a first attempt failed. I'll try again.

You speak of vacation as if it is a reality for you - one that virtual connections cannot override. While I regard academic recesses as some of the busiest times of year, I am looking forward to a trip to the States next week.... In the meantime, I've left a question about your blogging plans on a previous post of yours.

After inviting you to the LTD Project Wikispaces, I (re-?) discovered that you had a Wikispaces ID and spaces of your own. Now, as a former resident of Big Sky Country, I'm wondering about your connections to the Montana Migrant Workers Education Program.

Cheers, Paul
